GA Real Estate Pre License Registration - Georgia Academy of Real Estate

Georgia Academy of Real Estate registration for our Real Estate Pre License course. Please complete this form to register for this course.

Classes will be held Monday evenings and Thursday evenings with Marlene Douglas from 6pm till 10pm.

Students must complete 75-hours of class time to qualify for the State Exam.

**Georgia Academy of Real Estate requires a minimum of $100 DEPOSIT to hold your seat in class to complete registration.** This deposit is fully refundable until class begins. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE CLASS HAS BEGUN.

The deposit is credited toward your total course payment with options as follows:

Pre Registration (Full balance of $350 Paid on or prior to the first day of class): $450.00 Total Tuition

Payment Plan: Total of at least $250 paid by start of class, and a second payment of $250 paid by midterm. ($500.00 Total Tuition)

Tuition is not refundable after classes begin, but can be credited to any future LIVE, IN-CLASS session. In-Class payments may NOT be transferred to ONLINE classes. Tuition payments may be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, check, or cash.

Course fees include all books and final exam requirements to fulfill the 75-hour pre license requirements set by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. For complete licensing information, please visit their website at https://grec.state.ga.us/obtaining-a-license/real-estate/
