The 13th annual Salinas Valley Pride Celebration will be
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14th!Set-up begins at 10am
Event spans 11am-3pm
Tear down will be 3pm-4pm
We are looking for volunteers for the following positions/duties:
- Attendants to direct parking and refer guests to the crosswalks
- Volunteers to staff the info booth to provide directions to guests, discuss the SVPC mission, perform sales transactions, and sign guest up for our email list
- Vendor coordinators who will direct and assist organizations and businesses during the set-up and tear-down process
- Activity coordinators to direct guests to to the outdoor games and direct participants to our community art project
- Help SVPC in setting up our signs, tents, decorations, etc.
- Stage Coordinators to direct performers and speakers and help us adhere to our performance agenda
We will review all applications and respond with additional details about the event along with a hold harmless agreement
