Thank you for your interest in participating in this study investigating bilingual brain development! My name is Noelani Kong-Johnson and I am a PhD candidate in the UH Mānoa Linguistics department working with Professor Kamil Deen.
We are interested in how children (ages 5-10) who grow up speaking two languages comprehend different types of sentences and how they use the brain to do this. Specifically, we are focusing on children who are growing up speaking either only English or both English and Hawaiian. Please fill out the short form below to indicate your interest and determine if your child meets the language criteria.
Shortly after you submit the form, you will receive a follow up email from Noelani Kong-Johnson, cnmkj2@hawaii.edu, so please keep an eye out for it!
