PROMOTIONAL TABLE GUIDELINES - Awesome Con is happy to provide complimentary tables to help promote local, regional, and national non-profits, conventions, and fan groups. When applying, please highlight your positive influence in the pop culture fan world; quality of involvement, not simply quantity of members; and originality/uniqueness of purpose.
APPLICATION TIMELINE - Please complete the form in its entirety and understand that simply submitting this form does not guarantee you a space at Awesome Con. It is only after this full form is received, reviewed, and approved that a space will be issued. Incomplete applications will not be approved. All forms must be received by February 21, 2020 . You must submit your application by this date. You will hear back on the status of your application by March 10, 2020.
YOU MUST APPLY FOR COMPLIMENTARY SPACE - Did you receive a complimentary table at Awesome Con last year? If so, understand you are not automatically approved to receive a table for Awesome Con 2020, and you must apply again. Awesome Con space is limited and requests are judged on a year-to-year basis, and previously approved applicants are not automatically grandfathered in.
Answer every application question as completely as you can. There is limited space available, which will be divided out across non-profits, conventions, and fan groups. Awesome Con reserves the right to approve or deny any application.

All forms must be received by February 21, 2020. You must submit your application by this date. You will hear back on the status of your application by March 10, 2020. There is no on-site promotional table registration.
