Are you a woman working in a STEM-related environment? With completing our anonymous survey you can contribute to improving gender balance in leadership positions in STEM fields.

The data collected in this completely anonymous survey will be treated confidentially. It will build the basis for fact-based, recommended action steps compiled in a report, that will be presented to policy makers and scientific institutions. Data will be processed and presented only aggregated.

The survey contains of questions grouped in 5 categories; each category asks between 6 and 15 questions. Approximate time to fill in the survey is 15 - 20 minutes. Your participation in the survey is completely voluntarily and you can withdraw from it any time at any question. We found that it is most convenient to participate in the survey at a desktop and not on the mobile phone. There is no right or wrong answer, we are interested in your personal perception and opinion.
With advancing to the first question, you confirm that you agree to the use of the survey data. With submitting your answers in the last step, you agree that your data is processed for the purpose of the STEM fatale initiative.
