DIRECTIONS:

1. Choose the TOP 4 Elective Courses you wish to be scheduled into.

2. Each course listed is one semester in length. If you would like to take a course for a full year, select both S1 & S2 classes.

3. If you have a term preference on PE courses you can take more than once, please mark which term. Understand this is a preference and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Courses with "A" and "B" (Chamber Choir, Concert Band, & Wind Ensemble) are year-long classes. Both semesters MUST be selected.

5. Choose 4 Alternate Classes in order of preference. These will be classes you will be placed into if your TOP 4 Elective Courses do not fit in your schedule, or there are cancellations due to low numbers or staffing issues.

6. Review the Academic Course Guide pages 15-35. Verify that you have forecasted for the appropriate classes and have met the required prerequisites.
