Accounting & Finance Management Clinic

This free clinic will provide 40 mins to an hour of free one to one advice for those who want support in managing volunteers.

We can:
 - Discuss current accounting practices
 - Teach bookkeeping methods
 - Discuss how to prepare for an independent examination
 - Discuss how to record keep accurately and manage different funds
 - Explore efficient financial controls, governance and policies
 - Help in the creation of budgets and cash-flow forecasts
 - Help in ensuring full cost recovery in funding applications
 - Help in forward planning
 - Support with general finance advice

For those wishing to attend, you are also welcome to bring along others from your organisation.
