Public Comments on Arkansas's Draft 2018 303(d) List of Impaired Waterbodies
Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is receiving public comments on the proposed 2018 Impaired Waterbodies List. ADEQ submits a proposed integrated water-quality report including a 2018 list every two years under requirements of Sections 303(d) and 305(b) of the Federal Clean Water Act.

**Commenters are STRONGLY encouraged to submit pictures to ADEQ to supplement comments. Pictures, especially of algae, sedimentation, physical habitat declines, and alteration of the natural hydrological flow regime of a waterbody are incredibly helpful! Email pictures to ADEQ and ideally, White River Waterkeeper, too. WRW will include geotagged pictures in an interactive publically available map compiling photodocumentation of water quality conditions.
