Hoffman Academy Installment Plan Application
Families who are experiencing financial hardship or circumstances that prevent them from paying tuition in full can apply for an installment plan. Our office team will contact you about your request status within 3 business days of your submission.
NOTE: After October 15th, installment plan requests will no longer be accepted for the Fall Semester. After March 15th, installment plan requests will no longer be accepted for the Spring Semester.
Policies & Guidelines
To be eligible for a tuition installment plan you must have a credit or debit card on file and agree to have your installments set up on Auto-Pay. The dates and amounts of your installments will be included in your approval letter from the office. Your first installment will be due on the 1st of the following month of receiving your approval letter. For example: for an application submitted and approved in June, the first installment will be processed on July 1st.
If a payment is declined, you have 72 hours to rectify your payment information on file. After 72 hours we will make another attempt to collect the payment. After the third attempt, if the payment has not been successfully collected then the student will forfeit their lesson time and your enrollment will be cancelled.
In order to qualify for an installment plan, you must agree to all policies in this section. By submitting this form you agree to comply with all installment plan policies.
