GWU Australia Membership Application
This is a membership application for the Australian chapter of Game Workers Unite.

GWU Australia aims to connect game workers to Australia's union movement. (We are not looking to make our own new union!) If you work in games in Australia, there are already two unions you can join, and we encourage you to join one today.

All game workers, whether you're in development, marketing, esports, journalism or any other discipline, can join the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance (MEAA) union. Download their membership form here:

Alternatively, anyone involved in game development (only) can join the Professionals Australia union instead. Use their online signup form here:

Want to know more? Representatives from both MEAA and Professionals Australia are available in our Discord server to answer your questions once you finish your application.

We rely on word of mouth to spread the news of what we are up to. Follow us on Twitter (@GWU_Aus) and like us on Facebook ( to help us out, and make sure to share our updates when you can!
