A great opportunity to be a part of one of the firsts -  Lake Norman Diwali Event on Oct 11, 2025, Saturday from 3pm to 7pm (For more info visit www.diwali-huntersville.com). 
Please note that the set up time is from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm. 

It is a full on Diwali celebration with dance performances, fashion walk, art competition winners, experiencing Indian outfits and much more.. Estimates to attract a crowd size of ~2000+.

General Information of Interest
1. The organizers will only provide the space for set up.
2. A 10x10 space will be provided for the food vendors who do not come with Food Truck.
3. All food vendors must own food permits.
4. No alcohol permitted on the event premises.

NEXT STEPS: 
1. The event host (heart2harmony.org) will contact you with the food vendor agreement and payment information, upon review of this interest form submission. 
2. Food vendors will receive confirmation email and event day plan once the application is approved and vendor registration fee payment is successful.
3. Food vendors will be requested to submit the 
 a. Certificate of Insurance listing Heart2Harmony Inc and Town of Huntersville as ADDITIONAL INSURED ON THE COI GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY.
b. Latest food inspection report
c. Latest food permit
