RATES
Our pricing is for individuals and not-for-profit organisations. If you are a commercial company please get in touch.
Hourly Rate: £75 per hour (min 2 hours hire)
Day Rate: 10am to to 5.30pm: £550*
Evening Rate: 6pm to 10pm: £300*
1 Week Hire: £1,104
Monthly: £4,228
* For Events there is an additional Duty Manager Charge
Included in Rate. Venue Dry Hire only.
Not included: Alcohol license, PRS Music License. Dedicated staff member / event manager. Duty Managers are charged at £15 per hour, additional costs may need to be charged for cleaners or security depending on nature of the event. Please contact us to discuss.
