AWG Annual Chapter Report
Annual reports are designed to provide pertinent information about your chapter activities to the Board of Directors. In addition to clearly displaying the name of your chapter and the fiscal year described, the report should highlight the important events conducted during the course of the year.

The report should be submitted to the Association Office by September 15 (June 1st for Student Chapters).

The Annual Report, in addition to the Officer Reporting Form, the Chapter Financial Reporting Form and an approved version of the Chapter’s Bylaws, will qualify your Chapter for a dues rebate. A request for this rebate must be made to the Association Office by March 15th of each year.
