We are Of The People (OFTP), a community + organization that utilizes revolutionary art, media, design, and literature to encourage and align self-expression with passion for social justice and change for, by, and of the people.
 
We are having a campaign called "&ABLE" where we want to be able to give PWDs a platform to showcase who they are一 regular, beautiful, and able people. Specifically to shed light on the commemoration of Disability Pride Month and to boost others’ engagement in learning more about PWDs in the Philippines.

We will be asking for short and simple stories about you or your family members.

The information you will provide will be treated with utmost respect and confidentiality, and in accordance with RA 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (https://www.privacy.gov.ph/data-privacy-act/).

The results of this survey will be used for campaign purposes only.
