Greetings Foothill Falcons Class of 2022 Parents! We are a committee of parents working together to plan inclusive, safe and memorable activities for our Senior Class of 2022. These include Senior Breakfast, Senior Photo Collages, Senior Ball Breakfast, Baccalaureate, Grad Night, etc.

We also support the Student Leadership teens with any activities they want to do (within reason) that fall outside of the school sponsorship.

We are a parent driven group not affiliated with Foothill High School therefore the school is NOT allowed to share your personal information with us so it is CRITICAL you complete this form to ensure you receive all relevant details needed for your child to participate in the events listed above.
