Bearcats...we're heading BACK to D.C. to visit the National Museum of African American History and Culture in March 2018!  This year will be a particularly amazing trip, because we'll be travelling with students from eight (8) different colleges/universities/institutions.  We are literally taking OH to D.C.!

This mean, unfortunately, that there are far fewer tickets to go around. ONLY 12 NEW APPLICANTS AND 4 RETURNING APPLICANTS will make the trip to D.C. from March 10-13, 2018.  

Your non-refundable deposit of $250 will cover: roundtrip charter bus transportation to D.C., metro tickets, downtown lodging, meals, entry into the museum, and other perks

The tentative itinerary for the trip is as follows:

March 10 (Saturday)
*5am = UC participant orientation
*6am = depart Cincinnati
*11am = lunch stop in Pittsburgh, PA (included)...you'll have a chance to meet ALL of the participating schools!
*4pm = arrive D.C. (lodging downtown included)
*6-7pm = FULL GROUP Welcome Orientation

March 11 (Sunday)
*10am = depart hotel for National Museum
*11am -5:30pm = @ National Museum (lunch included)

March 12 (Monday)
*9am-11am = Guided walking tour of D.C
*12pm-6pm = Students are ENCOURAGED to explore the FREE historical sites of D.C.!
*6pm – 8pm = FULL GROUP de-briefing

March 13 (Tuesday)
*6am = depart D.C.
*11am = lunch stop in Pittsburgh, PA (included)
*5pm = arrive Cincinnati  


APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2018.  If selected, your student account will be charged a non-refundable $250 deposit on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 2018.
