New Surgical Spinal Cord Transplant Procedure

Lisnom Medical co-founder, Dr. Xiaoping Ren and team, has developed a new surgery for spinal cord injury (SCI). Significant reduction of chronic pain and improvement of motor, sweating, bowl, and bladder were observed in a clinical trial of chronic complete thoracic SCI patients. We are developing specialized surgical devices to further improve clinical outcomes. The one-time surgery takes 3-hours and 1-week hospital stay, followed by rehabilitation. The clinical trial results are on lisnom.com.
