GoMonrovia Study
Thank you for participating in this survey! Your answers will assist the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy in their research on the GoMonrovia program, a partnership between the City of Monrovia (CA) and the transportation network company Lyft, which provides Monrovia residents with access to reduced-price Lyft rides.

The objective of the study is to examine whether GoMonrovia helps improve Metro rail transit ridership for those living beyond walking distance from the Monrovia Gold Line (L Line) Metro Station.

The survey asks you questions regarding:
A) Your overall experience with GoMonrovia, both before the COVID-19 pandemic and today;
B) Your travel habits in general, both before the COVID-19 pandemic and today;
C) Your personal background.

Your responses to this survey will be used for statistical purposes only – you will not be individually identified. We have tested the survey and found that, on average, it takes around 9 minutes to complete. This time may vary depending on factors such as your answers and Internet connection speed.
