Self Love Diagnostic Assessment
How well do you love yourself? How deeply connected are you to your innate feminine power and energy? What can you do to strengthen those feelings of love, confidence, and womanly strength? You're about to find out!

When considering how much love we have for ourselves the answer is almost never black and white. If I asked you right now, “do you love yourself,” your answer would probably be a little wishy washy. That’s totally normal and totally OK. The truth is, most of us have a few areas of self-love in which we really excel, and few other areas of self-love that we...uhhh...really kind of stink at. And you know what, that’s OK too.

When you know where your strengths and weaknesses are you can use that information to your advantage! Identifying the self-love areas you are strongest in allows you to use those strengths as a protective factor while you work on nourishing and growing the less firmly rooted self-love areas that you’ve identified as needing work.

For that reason, I’ve created this quick 5 minute assessment to help you gain greater self-awareness of where you’re at on your self-love journey. Your results will help you:

1) learn the 7 core areas of self-love

2) identify where your self-love strengths and weaknesses are

3) reveal how to love yourself better based on what areas need more attention, and

4) learn practical and tangible strategies to improve self-love in all 7 core areas
