2025 Fluvanna Fall Festival Vendor & Exhibitor Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor or exhibitor at the 2025 Fluvanna Family Fall Festival! 

What is the Fluvanna Fall Festival?

The Festival will be a half-day, family-friendly event to bring together local artisans, businesses, and community members to kick off Fall in a vibrant celebration of Fluvanna’s rich history and agricultural heritage.  Enjoy local foods, handmade crafts and jewelry, art, master gardeners, historical exhibits, local farmers, live music, and activities for kids, all wrapped up in a congenial, small-town atmosphere.

The first Fluvanna Family Fall Festival, held last September, was a huge success.  Many of our 50+ exhibitors, vendors, and food trucks completely sold out of their goods.  The 2025 Festival promises to be even bigger and better.

We will also be accepting food and other donations on behalf of MACAA and local non-profits.  Last year, the Festival donated more than 850 pounds of food to families in need.

  • Time: Festival will run 11 AM - 4 PM
  • Location: Pleasant Grove Park, 271 Pleasant Grove Drive, Palmyra, VA 22963

Vendor & Exhibitor Opportunities: We welcome a diverse range of vendors and exhibitors to showcase their products, crafts, and services at the festival. Whether you specialize in artisanal goods, delicious treats, conservation and agriculture, or honor local history, we invite you to join us in creating an unforgettable and educational experience for attendees.  

Application Process: To apply for a vendor or exhibitor space, please complete the interest form below. Our team will review all submissions and contact participants with further details.  Please note whether you prefer communication by email or phone.  Exhibitor and nonprofit spaces are free.  

  • Vendors -- $50 
  • Food Trucks -- $75 
  • Educational, First Responders, and Nonprofit Exhibitors -- No Charge

Deadline for Submissions: Please submit your interest form no later than October 1, 2025. Vendor fees are due once your space is confirmed.

Space Requirements -- All vendors/exhibitors will be provided with a 10' x 10' area where you may set up a tent, table, or other temporary apparatus  (please bring your own tent, table, chairs, etc.).  If you require additional space, please select "Other" and one of our team will be in touch with you. *
