Volunteer Liability Waiver
When agreeing below in the dropdown, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions as a volunteer for Make Me Brand New:
Assumption of Risks and Personal Advocacy: I understand that my participation as a volunteer may involve physical activity, travel, or other potential risks and I voluntarily assume these risks. Please make us aware of any limitations so we can help mitigate risks with you.
Release of Liability: I release and discharge Make Me Brand New, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in volunteer activities.
Insurance: I understand that Make Me Brand New does not provide insurance coverage for volunteers. I am responsible for my own medical and personal property insurance coverage.
Medical Treatment: In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Make Me Brand New to obtain medical treatment for me if necessary. I understand that Make Me Brand New will make reasonable efforts to contact the emergency contact listed on my volunteer registration form.
Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information that I may have access to during my volunteer work with Make Me Brand New.
Agreement to Terms: I have read and understand this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
