Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer for the 2024 Weaver Creek Fall Festival on Saturday, October 12 at Weaver Creek Park! We need volunteers to run the ticket booth(s), collect tickets at activities, set up activities, take down activities, cover volunteers for breaks, and other important roles.

Every person interested in volunteering for the event should individually fill out this form so we have an accurate count of volunteers. We'll email you a few days before the event confirming your committed volunteer times, your role, a map, and other important items. Please email info@jovialconcepts.org with any questions!
