This half-day, virtual symposium will bridge the science and management communities  on research topics that relate to the health of ecosystems such as the Tijuana Estuary, San Diego Bay, and Los Peñasquitos Lagoon including:

-their dynamical connection to beaches and ocean;

-innovative techniques for monitoring stressors such as hypoxia events and contaminants; and

-restoration approaches toward coastal resilience.
