Jaanuu respects your individual rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and we will respond to all requests from California consumers or households as required by law. We ask that you complete and submit this form so that we have a written record of your request and that we can promptly respond. Alternatively, you may submit your request(s) via email at californiaprivacy@jaanuu.com .

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please know that we may not be obligated to provide access to or delete the personal information we have collected about you if your request conflicts with federal or state law or other lawful obligations or is subject to any of the exemptions in the CCPA. In addition, we need only search our records for the preceding 12 months.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. We will respond to requests to know and requests to delete your personal information within 45 days of receipt of your request, but we can take up to an additional 45 days if necessary, in which case we will let you know that additional time is needed and the reason(s) why. We will comply with a request to opt-out within 15 business days.

We ask you to provide certain, limited personal information, such as your name and email address to verify and match your identity with our records and systems. This is also to protect against fraud. We will not retain personal information provided for the purposes of verification or use it for any other purpose but may retain such personal information as part of our records of consumer requests.
