Finding Meaning, The Sixth Stage of Grief that "grief simply needs a witness." Together, we are preparing a safe space in which we can explore, share, and support each other through what we have experienced in grief. Grief never goes away, but it does change with time. If you have lost someone close to you, there is a space for you to come just as you are. Love never ends...
*Please bring a journal and a 4x6 picture of your loved one.
*What to expect: A safe space, community, mediation and reflection, discussions & sharing at your own comfort level, art journaling, light snacks and beverages. We will break for lunch on Saturday.

Saturday, January 25th, 9am-4:30pm ( There will be a one hour lunch break.)
