About our processes:

We use an app called Zenmaid for scheduling and client/cleaner communication. You must download and use this free app to be hired. As a cleaner, you will be using this app to notify us and the client when you are on the way to a job, when you start a job, to check off each cleaning task on your in-app checklist, and when you complete a job. All of these uses are extremely important for open communication and making sure the job is done correctly.

Aside from the app, it is very important that you can be on time to a job and diligent. We understand life happens sometimes, but consistent or extreme tardiness ripples through our entire schedule and strains our relationships with our clients. If you think you're going to be a little late to a job, please let us know beforehand.

As for supplies, we will supply you with all needed chemicals and small cleaning supplies, however we do ask that you provide your own vacuum.

For payment, we provide a very competitive hourly wage, a commission on each job if it is done well, and 100% of tips provided by the client. Payments will be made via direct deposit on the Friday the week after a job.

As a new hire, we will first start you with a provisional clean. This is to make sure we're compatible and you're comfortable using the app for letting us know you're on the way, checking in, actually going through the checklist (it is very important to actually read the checklist, not just clicking the boxes), and checking out. You will of course be paid the regular rate for this clean.
