Thank you for your interest in the Degree Completion Program at NDSU! Please fill out this form with all of the requested information. This will help us to determine whether you meet the qualifications of the program!

Please note that in order to qualify for the Degree Completion Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- You do not hold a prior Bachelor’s degree
- You have not been enrolled in an institution for a minimum of 2 years (24 consecutive months)
- You have earned a minimum of 60 credits
- You have a minimum 2.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average
