Call For Speakers - Measuring Development 2026: Open Science in the Age of Al: Balancing Privacy and Transparency

Measuring Development 2026: Open Science in the Age of AI
This year’s MeasureDev conference explores how open science and artificial intelligence are reshaping the way we collect, share, and use data for global development. As new technologies make it easier to generate and analyze sensitive information, questions of privacy, transparency, and trust are more important than ever.

The event will bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss how to balance innovation with responsibility — from advancing reproducible research and data partnerships to ensuring that AI-driven insights remain ethical, equitable, and transparent.

MeasureDev 2026 aims to spark dialogue on how open science can empower progress while protecting the people behind the data.

Call for speakers will be open until January 30th, 2026. Limited travel funds will be available upon request for speakers selected to present.
