On behalf of everyone here at ImpactHK, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your decision to become a donor. It is through the generosity of donors like you that we are able to continue to help end homelessness in Hong Kong.

If you would like to request a donation receipt, simply fill in the this form and upload your donation record. All donations over HK$100 are tax deductible with official receipts.

General Terms and Conditions for Tax Receipts

Issuance of Receipts
  1. We will consolidate your donations and issue you a receipt for your total contribution at the close of each tax year in April.

  2. All receipts will be issued electronically in digital format. If you require a printed copy of your receipt, please send your request to hello@impacthk.org. We will do our best to accommodate your needs as soon as possible.

  3. The donation receipts will be sent via email within a month upon receiving the request. If you require an urgent receipt for tax clearance or audit purposes, please send your request to hello@impacthk.org. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
Cash Donations
  1. We are only able to provide receipts for cash donations made in a sealed envelope with your contact details included. Cash donations made in our donation boxes cannot be receipted.
