By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. Commitment:

• I understand that volunteering for the  REDMOND RAJA GANESH FESTIVAL 2023  Celebrations 2023 is a voluntary activity and that I am not entitled to any monetary compensation.
• I commit to attending the event on the selected dates and fulfilling my assigned volunteer duties to the best of my abilities.

b. Duties and Responsibilities:

• I agree to perform the tasks assigned to me by the event organizers and follow their instructions and guidelines.
• I will maintain a professional and respectful attitude while interacting with other volunteers, event staff, participants, and attendees.

c. Liability and Release:

• I understand that there are inherent risks associated with volunteering at public events, and I release Beats Of Redmond ,  the City of Redmond  , its officers, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation in the event.
• Volunteer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BOR and its agents, employees, officers, directors, representatives and affiliates, including the Committee against all loss, costs, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, demands, claims or injury of any nature whatsoever brought or asserted by any person and in any way connected with, arising out of or claimed to be arising out of, volunteers booth or any space used by volunteer, or actions by sponsor or exhibitor and its agents or employees, or guests.
• This agreement extends to all claims of injury or damage, whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, regardless of whether they are the result of the negligence of BOR or the venue agents. 
• This agreement to indemnify, defend and hold harmless also includes without limitation, (1) all claims, demands and actions arising out of or in any way related to any license, copyright, trademark or patent rights or laws, and (2) all claims demand and actions related to any theft or claim of theft of any personal property.
  

d. Image and Media Release:

• I grant event organizer's the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event, including images in which I may appear, for promotional and marketing purposes.

e. Confidentiality:

• I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or trade secrets I may come across while volunteering for the event.

f. Termination:

• Beats Of Redmond Mitra Mandal reserves the right to terminate my volunteer participation at any time if I fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

g. Communication:

• I agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to Beats Of Redmond Mitra Mandal and notify them promptly of any changes.
