Count All Kids in Middlesex County, NJ!
5% of kids under the age of 5 weren’t counted in the United States 2010 Census- about one million young children, the highest of any age group. This means that for the past 10 years, programs and services were underfunded for the youngest and most vulnerable members of our community.

The following survey will make sure that the United Way of Central Jersey, funded by the New Jersey Department of State Complete Count Commission, can improve the count of young children in our state.

This survey is 100% anonymous, but if you would like more news and information about advocacy for young children and the 2020 census, and to be included in our Count Me In to Help Me Grow Contest to receive a giveaway (bookmarks, grocery tote bags, notepads, herb gardens, coloring activities and more!) and to be entered into the grand prize drawing for a tote bag filled with goodies and a $15 gift card, please include your email on the bottom of this form!

Thank you for your time and your valuable input!
