Earth Day Trash Clean Up RSVP:                       "From the Creek to the Lake" RESCHEDULED 5.5.24
Due to weather, we're moving the cleanup to Sunday, May 5.We hope you're still able to join the Westerly Creek Elementary School Green Team, Central Park Business Association, Northfield High, and Bluff Lake Nature Center, to CLEAN UP the Greenway and Westerly Creek Parks, Sand Creek trail, and Bluff Lake. Check in anytime between 9am - 2pm at Westerly Creek Elementary (8800 E. 28th Ave.) OR north of Central Park (location TBD) to give back to Mother Earth. Trash bags and a limited number of pickers are available (and donuts for kids while supplies last!). Help for as long or as little as you like. Bluff Lake staff will be on site from 9-11am to help groups that are interested in "deep cleaning" the site (please indicate that on your RSVP below). Questions? Ideas? PLEASE RSVP BY 5.1 so we can get an accurate count, and send you information about the tabling locations and waivers prior to the event. Drop-in clean up help is also welcome on 5.5.
