ACHIEVE Case Conference Registration
Hi everyone, 
Thank you for your interest in the ACHIEVE 2024 Case Conference! If you wish to register your team or yourself, please fill out the form below. Filling this form is the first step in our registration process, and we want to be able to gain some preliminary information about your team. Upon filling this form out, you will proceed to payment on Blackthorn. Please ensure that all members fill out this form and pick one member as the main point of contact.

More information surrounding ACHIEVE can be found in our invitational package. 

Please note, the eligibility requirements for ACHIEVE are:
- students are recommended to be in their 3rd year or above
- teams are anywhere between 3-4 undergraduate students across any post-secondary institution (if you do not have a team, please indicate so in the form below, and we can help you find one)
- students must be following @tmachieve on Instagram so they can stay updated on tickets, deadlines, sponsors, and any other details related to ACHIEVE
