UUAA Room, Zoom, Multi-modal (both in-person and Zoom), or offsite event posting Request Form (5/15/2023)
In an effort to provide accommodations so that we can be inclusive and support our beloved community, we are making available the equipment necessary to allow groups to meet in person at UUAA and also simultaneously zoom the meeting for individuals not in attendance.
Use this form to request a Zoom room (virtual only), one of our rooms in the UUAA building, or a multi-modal option (a room reservation concurrent with a Zoom room reservation).
You can also use this form to request to have UUAA sponsored events that are occurring offsite posted on the UUAA calendar.
