President--Manages operations of PTO; organizes meetings and committees.
Vice President of Membership-- Manages the membership drive for the PTO.
Vice President of Fundraiser--Oversees fundraising events hosted by the PTO.
Vice President of Programs-- Manages special programs for students, teachers and parents.
Parliamentarian-- Provides guidance with formal rules and procedures of organization.
Secretary-- Maintains permanent files, takes and distributes meeting minutes.
Communication-- Manages publicity and social media accounts.
Treasurer-- Manages financial records
Volunteer Coordinator- Coordinates parent volunteers to assist with events.
PTO Committees- Select any committee(s) you are interested in.
Food Truck Events-- Coordinate with food truck vendors for school and PTO events throughout the year.
Bear Claw Breakfast-- Coordinate the set up for students who are recognized for the GROWL award each quarter.
Coffee With Counselors-- Coordinate the set up for Coffee with Counselors each quarter
Ladies Night Out-- helps plan Ladies Night Out
Spirit Wear-- Coordinates and manages sales of spirit items.
Teacher Birthdays-- Coordinate the celebration of teacher birthdays each month.
Teacher Appreciation-- Manage staff appreciation events through out the year.
Holiday Hot Drinks & Sweet Treats-- Help organize the teacher holiday celebration.
Historian- Help take pictures at different events through the school year.
Senior Class Parent Representative--Help organize Grizzly Graduation Lock In, liaison for senior parents to PTO
Junior Class Parent Representative--Help Senior parents organize Sr. Graduation Party, liaison for junior parents to PTO
Sophomore Class Parent Representative-- Liaison for sophomore parents to PTO
Freshman Class Parent Representative-- Liaison for freshman parents to PTO
