CALL FOR POSTERS: 2018 Wisconsin Lakes Partnership Convention & Water Action Volunteer Symposium
HEEDING THE CALL: Keeping Ecological Restoration in Mind
The 40th Annual Wisconsin Lakes Partnership Convention and Water Action Volunteer Symposium will be held April 18-20, 2018 in Stevens Point, WI. This year, our Convention theme reminds us of our responsibility to protect our waters and celebrates 40 years of loon research and education through the LoonWatch program. On Friday, April 20th, we will be joined by the Midwest Great Lakes Chapter of the Society for Ecological Restoration at their annual conference (April 20-22).
Poster submissions should address the Convention's broad theme of keeping ecological restoration in mind and "Heeding the Call" to do the right thing for our waters. In your poster description, please include how this discussion can be applied more broadly to the overall watershed area - not just our lakes.
