We will be discussing how “Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education” (MTB-MLE) can be a useful tool for learning other languages, including the national language and English, as well as a tool for enhancing children’s academic performance in general.
Many practitioners are asking good questions about MTB-MLE, including cost, benefit, impact on national unity, etc. We will discuss these questions, sharing the experiences of many countries, during the conference.
