To give our guests more time to attend workshops, we have decided to limit the number of workshops we offer so the no more than 2-3 are going on at the same time. Feel free to submit as many workshops as you would like. We will accept submissions until Sept 15th. We will go over all submissions and they pick the best workshops and let everyone know if their workshop was scheduled or not after Oct 1st. This Samhain has a Celtic Theme so workshops relating to that genre are preferred, We also place a higher priority on intermediate and advanced workshops over beginner ones. A "101 type" workshop is always needed for those just entering the pagan community, however the vast majority of our community is looking for more meatier subject matter and more in depth topics. Please keep this in mind when submitting your ideas.
If your workshop is chosen, you must bring with you everything you need to teach it. We do not supply electricity, dry erase boards, paper, etc. In most cases we can supply a table if necessary, please make note of this in the comments below. We offer our attendees workshops as a part of their festival experience and do not to charge extra. If you have a workshop idea where the attendees create something they get to keep (such as a tie dyed shirt or a candle) and that would be prohibitive to offer without compensation for supplies, we will consider it as long as the cost is no more than $10 per person max. Please give as much detail as possible.
