CSC Engage Ministry Exploration Survey
Thank you for taking the CSC Engage Ministry Exploration Survey! This survey should take 7-10 minutes to complete.

As the staff and Church Mission Council seek to engage the whole church to live out our vision, we want to explore the gifting, interests, and capacity of individual congregants to participate in (and expand!) CSC ministries. 

We hope you can share your honest responses so that we can best serve you & our community and help each person get connected to what God is doing through our church. 

The questions asked are different than the questions asked during the CSC Engage listening prayer sessions. Please plan to attend an upcoming CSC Engage listening prayer session in addition to taking this survey. Final sessions will be in May:

  • Monday, May 4  7-8:30pm Virtual-Zoom

Green Street Doors/Hospitality: The staff would like to keep the Green Street doors open each Sunday to help the community know that the church is open. To make this sustainable, we need approximately 15 more hospitality team members. Would you be open to serving on the hospitality team 1/month to support this goal?

Events Team: The staff are looking ahead to the next phase of building usage, which includes building an Event Hospitality Team who can manage building operations for non-Sunday meetings/events. This would include opening/closing the building, recruiting volunteers, refilling toilet paper, disposing of trash, following kitchen protocol, welcoming others, cleaning up, and being mindful of security/emergency needs. Would you be willing to receive training and be part of a team to be onsite to support periodic non-Sunday events? *

Future Renovations: The CMC is looking ahead to the next phase of building renovation. Do you have any of the following professional or administrative skills that you’d be willing to use to help with this? (Check all that apply)

Potential Future Transition to Two Services: As the church continues to grow, we may eventually need to transition to two services, which would increase the number of volunteers and ministry leaders we need each Sunday.
