Five-Fold Ministry Evaluation
While there are many spiritual gifts in the Body of Christ, and each born-again believer has been graced with at least one gift to serve within the church, there are five distinct leadership gifts: the apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor, and the teacher. Not everyone in the body is called to function in one of these leadership roles. This evaluation only determines which of the five-fold ministry gifts you tend to favor. You do not need to take this survey if you know that you are not called into one of these five leadership ministry positions, otherwise your scoring will be inaccurate.

If you know you are not called into a leadership role in the body of Christ please take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment survey located under the Resources menu.

Please respond to the following statements without giving much thought to your response. It is better to indicate your initial response, without evaluating it. Record the specific degree to which you agree with the statement.
