Ready to roll into summer feeling strong, connected, and motivated? Our Summer Workout Challenge is back — and it’s all about you showing up for you.
From June 22 to August 23, we’re challenging every mom to set an ambitious goal for prioritizing yourself and your health this summer. Here’s how it works:
⛰️ Pick your goal
All goals must be at least 9 classes (that is an average of 1/week) AND can't be less than the number of classes you attended in the last 9 weeks (your estimate is fine).
🗓️ Plan your classes
Sign up now so you don't forget! All in-person and live virtual classes count for this challenge. *On-Demand workouts don't count towards your goal, but your muscles don't know that so they are still a great option when you're on vacation!
🏅 Crush your goal
Moms who meet their goals by 8/23 will earn an exclusive Summer Challenge tank to show off your hard work, and make sure that everyone around you knows that they're in the company of greatness.
