TICCIT / Neighborhood Forest Tree Order Form
Dear PPC Member and TICCIT Participant,

We are partnering with Neighborhood Forest to supply you your TICCIT trees for Earth Week 2026. Neighborhood Forest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free trees to children every Earth Day.  By partnering and purchasing trees from Neighborhood Forest (at $5 per tree), you are helping more children receive free trees.

Once you submit this form, Neighborhood Forest will send you an invoice to complete the order.

Trees (6-12 inches in size) will arrive at the address(es) you provide below by April 20th.  Neighborhood Forest aims to provide native and / or fruit bearing trees in all the regions it serves (United States and Canada).

Thank you for helping us grow the forest!
