Terms and Conditions
1. Parent should complete the enrollment form before the lesson.
2. The payment is on a termly basis. No partial payment is accepted.
(Except for party package)
3. Term fee includes consumable materials required, unless otherwise specified.
4. A make up class is only granted to the students who inform us at least 1 day before
the class to be missed. We will not arrange a make up class for classes missed
without proper notice.
5. We cannot reschedule a missed or pre-arranged make-up class.
6. Inclement weather procedures :
Before school, all classes are cancelled according to announcement for primary school
made by the Hong Kong Education Department during typhoon, rainy seasons on black
rain signal. When severe weather is announced ( Black rainstorm warming issued or Typhoon 8 ) before 1 pm,
all the afternoon classes will be canceled. Class canceled due to the adverse weather conditions will not be
refunded or re-scheduled. The class will resume 2 hours after the warnings are lowered or removed.
7. School closure:
Class cancelled due to the Education Bureau will be re-scheduled at the school or center. No refund for all missed classes.

8. For the payment, you may pay by cash, inter-bank transfer to our
HSBC A/C: 813-839305-838 or Citibank A/C: 250-390-46303030 or a check
(made payable to "Banana Art Club”).
