Welcome to the Spooky Swap Meet VI - Volunteer Sign-Up!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Spooky Squad for Spooky Swap Meet VI, taking place April 24-26, 2026 at the historic Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles, CA.

Spooky Swap Meet is a three-day celebration of all things spooky, strange, and spectacular; and we couldn’t make it happen without our amazing volunteers. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and spooky-spirited volunteers to help bring our 6th annual event to life.

Load in / Event Hours:

Wednesday/Thursday - Load in (hours between 10:00 am - 8:00 pm)

Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We ask that volunteers commit to at least two shifts on different days during the event.

We can’t wait to welcome back our returning volunteers and meet new members of the Spooky Sqaud - let’s make this the spookiest swap meet yet!
