*1 hour of Range Time (with instructor) (Art-chery Parties may require additional time depending on the total number of participants)
*You will have usage of the party room for the entire 2 hours. (ex: if your party is from 1pm-3pm, you have the party room from 12:40-3pm)
You may arrive 20 minutes prior the beginning of your party to set up. Please have guests arrive 10-15 prior to make sure everyone is present at the start of your party to go over range safety rules. Please be aware that there is a limited amount of time between parties. Therefore, it is important for each party to begin and end at the scheduled time. The participants participating in the archery activities will spend the first hour of your party on the archery range. Spectator's can either watch from the seats provided at the rear of the range or relax in the party room.
RELEASE FORM and Who May ParticipateEach participant MUST have a signed release/waiver form in order to participate. Parties for ages 8 & up may include adult participants as well and they will be included in your party head count. Closed toe shoes are required to be worn by ALL participant regardless of type of party.
DEPOSITA $50 deposit is required at the time of booking a party. Any remaining balance is due on the date of your party. Deposit amount is non-refundable in the event your party is cancelled less than 7 days prior to event date.
