We are looking for a dedicated individual(s) to volunteer part of their match-day to manage the Hanwell Town FC club shop located inside the club house prior to kick-off and after the full-time whistle, this also includes the occasional half-time.
Key Responsibilities
- The handling, sale, and distribution of Hanwell Town FC merchandise.
- The handling of money generated through the sale of merchandise.
- Ensuring the correct sales price(s) are charged via the iZettle card machine.
- Ensuring the right amount of change is handed to the customer if they have paid with physical currency.
- Setting up the shop before each sales window (roughly 30-45 minutes before kick-off and as soon after full-time as possible).
- Placing merchandise away after each sales window.
- Handing in the money and iZettle card machine before leaving the premises.
- Noting down any reasonable suggestions for future merchandise.
- Answering any enquires about the merchandise and the club to the best of your knowledge/abilities.
