The desired candidate will be an extremely effective written and verbal communicator with demonstrated experience accumulating a social media audience and effectively interacting with the social media public. The desired candidate will be comfortable interacting in person and in writing with every facet of the events and promotions community. We are looking for someone with keen insight into the artwork itself, and who has the ability to speak intelligently on its behalf. The candidate will possess the ability to see beyond genres as well as his or her personal aesthetic preferences to understand and communicate the nuances of each piece of art and/or body of work within a variety of analytical contexts
Course credit is possible if arranged by the intern through their university. Intern will be given free membership benefits including bus rides through September 2013. Minimum time commitment: 12 hours/week for 3 months.
