Terms & Conditions

Purpose of Transport: Show Horse Transport (“Carrier”) agrees to transport Client’s horse(s) (“Animal(s)”) as scheduled.

Condition of Animal: Client confirms horse(s) are healthy and fit for travel. Carrier may refuse any animal deemed unsafe or unfit.

Documentation: Client must provide current negative Coggins and health certificate.

Payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms booking.

Total Balance due an hour before pick up.

No Refunds No Exceptions

Delays: Carrier not responsible for weather, traffic, or mechanical delays.

Risk: Client acknowledges inherent risks in equine transport. Carrier not liable for injury, illness, or death beyond direct negligence.

Liability Limit: Maximum liability equals the transport fee paid for the affected horse.

Veterinary Care: Carrier may secure emergency care if the Client cannot be reached. All costs are the Client’s responsibility.

Insurance: Carrier does not provide insurance for horses transported.

Governing Law: Governed by Texas law; disputes handled in the Carrier’s business county.
