Women Wellbeing Workshop
A wellbeing space for queer women to learn techniques to help combat the stress and anxious thoughts that may impact our lives. Try practical skills that may help build your confidence when addressing your every daily stresses.

We welcome trans women including non-binary people who feel comfortable in women-centred spaces.
