1. This questionnaire is one part of MBA thesis. The questionnaire is designed for target population of internet user, who is aware of Bitcoin, and is above 18 years old. The target population can be located in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia. Firstly, this questionnaire aims to study the risk perception of target population on Bitcoin in e-commerce applications. Secondly, this questionnaire aims to examine the technology adoption of Bitcoin in e-commerce applications.

2. The questionnaire is divided into 4 parts as following:

Part 1 -- Screening questions
Part 2 – Demographic questions
Part 3 – Risk Perceptions of Bitcoin
Part 4 – Technology adoption of Bitcoin

The questionnaire will take about 5 minutes to finish. This questionnaire has no right or wrong answers. All answers will be kept confidential and used only for academic purposes.
